2014 New Years Resolutions & Day 1

Resolutions Day 1, 2014 

Along with the rest of the world, I have decided on my NYE Resolutions!  YAY!!! (I think). 

  • Say at least 1 thing I'm grateful for each day 
  • Do at least 1 selfless thing a day (for other people, animals, etc)....changing to a week bc big things are hsrd to track.
  • Track my food daily in my WW tool
  • Find 1 new thing to do each month...moving to quarterly so can learn it. 
  • Be active at least 2x a week (this will be the toughest by far!)
I know these will be tough to keep up, but hopefully I will be able to keep them!  I will be tracking them (success or fail) on this blog - to hold myself accountable!  :) 

Day 1:
To start off the year (a bit late...) I'm going to post my daily items for today: 
1. Grateful to be alive and for my family
2. Selfless - trying to rescue a mom kitty and her kittens so that they are not in the cold tonite (hope to get kittens adoptable and release or adopt mom cat).
3. I tracked my breakfast and lunch honestly so far today! 
4. New Thing for Jan - going to sign-up for Real Estate classes to get my license
5. Still need to do that this week...but will plan on later in week as it's too freaking cold to do anything fun! ;0)
